Return & Refund Policy
At VLARC Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please follow the guidelines below for a hassle-free return or replacement process.

Wrong Item Delivered

  1. Raise a Request: Within 2 days of receiving your order, send an email to contactus@vlarc.com or message us on WhatsApp at 7800039300, along with a photo of the wrong item and your order ID.
  2. Request Review: Please allow us up to 48 working hours to assess your replacement request.
  3. Item Collection: If your request is approved, our courier partner will collect the wrong item from your location.
  4. Alternative Option: If our courier partner cannot pick up the item from your location, we will guide you with an alternative solution.
  5. Replacement/Refund: Once the wrong product is collected, we will send a replacement item, subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged Item

  1. Raise a Request: Notify us within 2 days of receiving a damaged product by emailing contactus@vlarc.com or messaging on WhatsApp at 7800039300. Attach images of the damaged product and your order ID.
  2. Request Review: Allow us 48 working hours to review the claim.
  3. Product Collection: If the request is approved, our courier partner will collect the damaged item.
  4. Alternative Option: If our reverse pickup service is unavailable, we will assist you with another method.
  5. Replacement/Refund: Once the damaged item is returned, we will dispatch a replacement, depending on stock availability, or process a refund.

Non-returnable/Non-replaceable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered
  • Missing original packaging, labels, or boxes
  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t been processed. Once an order has been dispatched or processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
